I am a Content Strategy Leader with over 17 years of experience bridging the gap between complex technical systems and intuitive user experiences. My career is defined by a passion for human behavior and the potential of AI to revolutionize how we work and solve problems.
My approach is deeply rooted in data and scalability. Whether refactoring policy guidelines at Meta, ensuring regulatory compliance and broad usability for repair guides at Apple, or leading cross-functional teams to build diagnostic architecture, I focus on creating content ecosystems that drive accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
Most recently, I served as a Staff Diagnostic Content Specialist at Rivian, where I spearheaded the strategy and development of 185+ diagnostic workflows for AI-driven chatbots and self-service tools. By optimizing content for AI ingestion and structuring content into workflows humans could also leverage, my team eliminated the need for human intervention in 25.6% of service requests and successfully resolved 4.5% of all customer concern contacts, significantly reducing the burden on service centers.
